  • Q: Do I have to provide anything or does Niki Nails It! bring everything?

A: Niki Nails It!™ brings everything necessary to perform the service(s) you have ordered.

This includes but is not limited to: Manicurist station, foot bath bowls, towels, and a variety of nail polish colors to choose from.

 

  • Q: Are your Mobile Nails prices higher than going to a traditional nails salon?

A: Prices are all-inclusive and are structured to cover the cost and convenience of on-location service(s).

Our Value Inclusive Pricing (VIP) structure covers our total time of engagement needed to provide mobile service, including:

  1. Service –  Convenience for you, our client, which makes your life even better than it already is!
  2. Preparation – We package all necessary supplies, load the vehicle, commute to your location, unload the vehicle, unpack and set up, perform your service(s), repack, and reload the vehicle.
  3. Logistics – Our manicurists often confront heavy traffic that exists during the drive to on-location appointments, incur the cost of vehicle fuel and maintenance, require time to locate parking an then to drive back to our starting location.
  4. Value – You will find that our prices are very comparable to other mobile nail services, if not lower, and you still get Niki Nails It!™.

 

  • Q: Am I charged up front for the service? Can I get a refund?

A: Niki Nails It!™ requires a 50% deposit in advance, except in cases of Parties & Events which require a 2-hour minimum down payment.  Deposits show that clients are committed to their scheduled appointments and intend to keep them.

Knowing in advance that you are going to keep your appointment at the time and place requested is important to our manicurists because we travel to you on-location to perform the service(s).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay cards.

24-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your appointment for a refund.

 

  • Q: Am I charged if I cancel less than 24 hours before my appointment?

A: When you schedule a service appointment, our manicurist blocks a minimum of 2 hours out of their schedule.  This is the average of how long it takes us to travel to and from clients on-location and perform the requested service(s).

Once your appointment is booked, your manicurist is unable to accept other appointments that may be requested during your 2-hour timeframe. It is very possible that your Niki Nails It!™ manicurist will have to turn away other paying clients as your appointment draws near.

For this reason,  your up-front deposit will become a cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This ensures that your manicurist receives compensation when other appointment opportunities have been turned away on your behalf.

When schedules open up, however, appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled at no cost when last-minute openings become available.

 

  • Q: Do you charge an afterhours fee on top of the price of the service?

A: Unlike traditional nail salons, Niki Nails It!™ has the ability to provide services to you whenever you need it, regardless of the time of day.

Most appointments, however, are booked between our normal hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. As you can probably imagine, having downtime to rest and spend with family is as important to our Niki Nails It!™ manicurists as it is to our clients.

When Niki Nails It!™ manicurist(s) are called to provide service outside of our standard working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., it is usually cutting into their rest and family time. A $50 afterhours fee is charged as added compensation for the long hours.

 

  • Q: What practices ensure that I am not exposed to any fungal/bacterial infections?

A: We use new files, buffers, and pedicure bowl liners with each and every client, which are disposed of after the end of each appointment.

We also disinfect all non-disposable tools in hospital grade disinfectant between each client.
