Minimum Charge
In order to receive on-location mobile service(s), the minimum charge is $125 per manicurist for private appointments. Parties & Events services are available for a minimum charge of $85 per hour per manicurist, with a required minimum of 2 hours per manicurist.
If you wish to receive individual services that total less than $125, or less than 2 hours in the case of Parties and Events, the minimum charge amount will still be applied.
Service Hours
We are available to serve your needs 24 hours per day. An afterhours fee of $50 will be applied to service appointments set outside of the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Please note that afterhours fees are in addition to the minimum charges described above.
Wait/Excess Charge
Please be sure that you and/or your guests are ready to start your service(s) as soon as the manicurist station(s) is setup at your location.
If the manicurist(s) is delayed due to unnecessary waiting, interruptions, and/or conditions with hands/feet, you will be billed for the additional time. After a 5-minute waiting or delay period is exhausted, you will be charged $21.25 at the start of each 15-minute interval unless a different rate is noted on your invoice or service agreement.
Payment
For private services, full payment is required at the time of booking your appointment via credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
For groups or parties with a Service Agreement, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. For more information, please see our FAQ Page.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the appointment start time in order to receive a refund for the amount paid.
Appointments booked with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If you cancel any part of the service or cannot be serviced for any reason, you will still be responsible for full payment and a refund will not be given.
Travel Fee & Parking
Dependent upon the location and/or time of day that your service is requested, some appointments will be subject to a travel fee that will be disclosed in advance.
Please note that travel fees are not applied toward the minimum charges described above. Additionally, you are responsible for all fees, tolls, parking/valet costs, and expenses incurred while providing service to you and/or traveling to your location.
Right to Refuse Service
For your safety, and the safety of the manicurist(s), it is required that full disclosure is given at the time of booking your appointment regarding any medical issues and/or conditions you and/or your guests may have.
This includes but is not be limited to: diabetes, open wounds, and infectious diseases.
Additionally, the manicurist will not tolerate what we determine to be inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to: indecent exposure, sexual harassment, flirting, violence, and/or verbal or other abuse.
If inappropriate behavior is discovered or takes place, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any point, we will not issue a refund, and criminal charges may be filed when applicable.
Waiver of Liability
All services are completely optional and are only performed upon request of an individual over the age of 18, an agent of an individual, or party host on behalf of his/her guests.
Niki Nails It!™ makes every effort to ensure that clients are not subjected to any bacterial/fungal infections by using new files and new buffers with each individual, in addition to disinfecting all non-disposable tools in hospital-grade disinfectant between each client.
The Client releases Niki Nails It!™ from any and all liability as a direct or indirect result of services rendered.
